Provider Overview

The Provider windows describe the terms of the Service Approval contract or agreement between a provider and DHHS.

The Service Approval identifies the Program Service and the Organization who is approved to provide the service.

If a Service Approval covers more than one Program Service and/or more than one provider Organization, each will be documented on its own Detail Provider window.

Approval Items are additional details about a service offered by a provider including how a particular provider plans to provide a Program Service.

The Provider Rates window lists current and historical rate information for a provider approval.
