List Approval Items

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Approval Items window lists Approval Items for a provider approval. Approval Items are additional details about a service offered by a provider. An example is "weekend service". This window opens the Detail Approval Items window to either add a new Approval Item or update an existing Approval Item. To access the List Approval Items window, select the Approval Items button on the Detail Provider window. If an Approval item exists the List Approval Items window opens. If no items exist, the Detail Approval Items window opens.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Type Decode: This column displays the Approval Item type.

Description: This column displays any free-form text description for the Approval Item.

Add Button: Select this button to go to the Detail Approval Items window to enter new Approval Items for this provider approval.

Update Button: Select this button to change details about an existing Approval Item for this provider approval. First, highlight the Approval Item to be changed. Select the Update button to go to the Detail Approval Items window where the Approval Item information can be changed.

Remove Button: Select this button to remove an Approval Item from the list. Highlight the Approval Item to be removed.

ACTIONS BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to return to the Detail Provider window.
	Selecting the Cancel button will return to the Detail Provider window without saving any changes.
	Select the Help button to view windows help.
