Detail Approval Items

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Detail Approval Items window is used to add details (Approval Items), to describe how a particular provider plans to provide a Program Service. For example, if a provider offers weekend service or specializes in serving teens, that information is identified by an Approval Item.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Type: This drop down list box displays the Approval Item type. To add a new Approval Item, select the type from this list.

Description: This field displays a narrative description about one Approval Item. To add or update a description, type the text in this field.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to return to either the List Approval Items or the Detail Provider window.
Selecting the Cancel button will return to the Detail Provider window without saving changes.
Select the Help button to view help for this window.
