List Service Approval Alert

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Service Approval Alert window displays a list of all the Alerts for the Service Approvals that met the search criteria on the Search Service Approval Alert window.

To view the details for a Service Approval Alert, highlight the Alert and select the Open icon. The Detail Service Approval Alert window opens.

When the List Service Approval Alert window is accessed through the Service Approval the list will only display information for alerts on that Service Approval.

To view all alerts for an office position, open the Office Position icon on the N-FOCUS Main Menu .

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Service Approval Group Box:

Organization: This field displays the unique system assigned identification number for the Organization designated as the owner of the Service Approval.

Tax ID: This field displays the tax identification number of the owner Organization.

Contract Number: This field displays the contract number if one was entered.

Name: This field displays the name of the owner Organization.

Alert List Box

Due Date: This column displays the due date by which action must be taken for this Alert. Not all Alerts will have a due date.

Display Dt: This column displays the date the alert was sent to the worker.

Type: This column displays the type of Alert. For example, if a worker has entered the Alert, "WRKR" will be displayed. If the Service Approval is about to expire, a PREVW (Provider Review) Alert will display.

Description: This column displays a short description of the Alert.

Alert #: This column displays the system assigned Identification number of the alert.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	If the More Minus button is enabled, the worker may return to previously viewed pages of Service Approval Alerts.
	If the More Plus button is enabled, there are more Service Approval Alerts that fit the search available to view on another page. Select this button to view those Alerts.
