Detail Service Approval Alert
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Detail Service Approval Alert window is used to view details about a Service Approval alert. Alert information on this window is always about the one specific Service Approval.
To access all Alerts for a Staff Position, select the Alert icon on either the N-FOCUS Main Menu or the List Office Position window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Service Approval Group Box:
Organization: This field displays the unique system assigned number of the Organization which is the owner of the Service Approval.
Tax ID: This field displays the tax identification number of the owner Organization.
Name: This field displays the name of the owner Organization.
Svc Apprv No: The unique system assigned service approval number will be displayed in this field.
Contract Number: This field will display the contract number if one was entered.
Alert Group Box:
Number: This will display the number of alerts for this Service Approval.
Type: This field displays the type of Alert. For example, if a worker has entered an Informational Alert, the type 'WRKR' will be displayed.
Display Date: This field displays the date the Alert was scheduled to display on Alert List windows. To add a new Service Approval Alert, the field will default to the current date. This date may be changed.
Source Id: This field displays the Logon ID of the Staff Person who took action on the Alert.
Due Date: This column displays the due date on which action must be taken for this Alert. Not all Alerts have a due date.
Status: This field displays the status of the Alert. The status may be All, Overdue, Open, Informational or Closed.
Alert Description Group Box:
For an existing Alert, this field displays a description of the Alert. To enter a new Alert, type a short description in this field. To enter more information select the field directly under the short Alert Description.
