Search Service Approval

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Search Service Approval window is used to search for a Service Approval for a specific Organization.  The window is opened by selecting the Service Approval icon on the Detail Organization window.

The system searches for Service Approvals for the Organization whose name and FID/SSN appears in the Organization group box at the top of the search window. The name of the Organization will be the same as the name displayed on the Detail Organization window.

Searches can be done for Service Approvals where the Organization is the owner, the payee, the provider or any combination of the three.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Organization Group Box:

Name: This field displays the name of the Organization

Find a Service Approval where the above Organization is ...Group Box:

Select either the Owner, Payee or Provider check box (or any combination of the three) to activate the search.

Owner: Select this check box to find a Service Approval where this Organization is the owner.

Payee: Select this check box to find a Service Approval where this Organization is the payee.

Provider: Select this check box to find a Service Approval where this Organization is the provider.

Include Closed Service Approvals: Select this check box to include closed Service Approvals.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the Search button to begin to search for a Service Approval.
Select the New button to add a new Service Approval.
Select the Clear button to clear all data off of the window
Select the Cancel button to return to the Detail Organization window without saving any changes.
Select the Help button to view windows Help.
