Filter List Position Assignments - Service Approval

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Filter List Position Assignments popup window is used to narrow the assignment list on the List Position Assignments – Service Approval window by any of the criteria selected in the Filter Field group box. Only the selected criteria will appear when the filter is on.  Fields on the filter window will be automatically populated when a assignment line is highlighted in the list.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Filter Field Group Box:

Assign Begin Date:  Select this radio button and enter a date to filter the list by the assignment begin date.

Contract  Number: Select this radio button and enter a contract number to filter the list by the provider contract number.

Contract Type: Select this radio button and select a contract type from the drop down list to filter the list by the type of Service Approval.

Organization ID: Select this radio button and enter an Organization ID number to filter the Service Approval assignments to those with the selected Organization.

Organization Name: Select this radio button and enter the name of an Organization to filter the Service Approval assignments to those with the selected Organization.

SA Begin Date: Select this radio button and enter a date to filter the list by the Service Approval begin date entered.

SA End Date: Select this radio button and enter a date to filter the list by the Service Approval end date entered.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to filter the list and return to the List Position Assignments - Service Approval window with only those assignments that meet the filter criteria.  More sets of filter criteria can be applied to the resulting list or the resulting list can be sorted..
Select the Cancel button to return to the List Position Assignments - Service Approval window without applying filter criteria.
