The Vital Statistics Records tab is used to view Nebraska birth records since 1-1-1995 and Nebraska death, marriage, and divorce records since 7-9-2007.
This tab has two smaller tabs used to Search by Name or Search by SSN. Both the person's name or SSN must exactly match vital statistics records to get a record so use both tabs when looking for vital statistics records.
