Verification and Certificate Requests

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Verification and Certificate Requests tab is used to create a request for Birth, Death, Marriage, or Divorce verification.

When the Vital Statistics web site is opened from the Interface icon on the Main Menu without a case selected the Search by Name window opens.

When the Vital Statistics web site is opened from a Interface icon on the Person Detail window the Request List window opens.
