This window displays information received from the Social Security Administration (SSA) about a specific person. This window is accessed by clicking the SSA icon on the Interface Menu. This icon is only enabled if data is available.

Person Group Box:
Name: The name of the person for whom the SSA information was received.
SSN: The SSN for the person for whom the SSA information was received.
Sex: The Sex of the person for whom the SSA information was received.
Birth Date: The date of birth for the person for whom the SSA information was received.
Information Group Box
Create Date: The date the information request was created and sent to the HUB.
Response Date: The date the information was received from the HUB.
SSN Verified: This field indicates whether provided the SSN number was verified.
Citizenship: This field indicates if the person is a US Citizen (Y or N)
Prisoner ID: This field will contain a prisoner ID number if that information is available.
Response Description: This field indicates if the interface was a success or if an error occurred..
