SEW Employer Detail

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The
State Employer WageSEW Employer Detail window is used to view information about the employer who has reported wages listed on the
State Employer WageSEW List window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Report Year: This field displays the year for which these earnings were reported.

Employer Group Box:

Name: This field displays the name of the employer who paid the earnings to this person.

Fed Tax Id: This field displays the employer's IRS identification number.

DOL Id: This field displays the number assigned to the employer by the Department of Labor.

Address 1: This field displays the mailing address of the employer.

Telephone: This field displays the telephone number of the employer.

Address 2: This field displays the second address for the employer if it is available from the Department of Labor.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Next Employer button to open the information about the next employer listed on the SEW List window.
	Select the OK button to return to the SEW List window.
	Select the Help button to open windows help.
