Divorce - Current Record Details

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Divorce - Current Record : Details Tab opens when the certificate number is double clicked on the Search By Name or Search By SSN window.  The information is received from the Department of Vital Statistics as shown on court record.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Certificate Number:  This box displays the number on the birth certificate.

Interface Received Date:  This box displays the date the certificate information was received by the N-FOCUS system.

Wife Box:

Name:  This field displays wife's first and last name.

Maiden Name:  This field displays wife's name prior to any marriages.

SSN:  This field displays wife's social security number.

Birth Date:  This field displays wife's date of birth.

Address:  This field displays wife's current address.

Husband Box:

Name:  This field displays husband's first and last name.

SSN:  This field displays husband's social security number.

Birth Date:  This field displays husband's date of birth.

Address:  This field displays husband's current address.

Marriage Box:

Place of Marriage:  This field displays the city, state, and county where the couple were married.

Marriage Date:  This field displays the date the couple married.

Children Under 18:  This field displays the number of children under the age of 18 at the time of the divorce.

Divorce Box:

Divorce Date:  This field displays the date of the divorce.

Divorce Set Aside:  This field displays when the couple has filed for divorce and in the 6 months before it is final they change their mind and stay together.

Custody Box:

Husband Custody Number:  This field displays the number of children the husband has in his custody.

Wife Custody Number:  This field displays the number of children the wife has in her custody.

Joint Custody Number:  This field displays the number of children in joint custody.

Other Custody Number:  This field displays the number of children in other custody arrangements.

Filing County:  This field displays the name of the county where the divorce was filed.

County Record Number:  This field displays the court case number from the District Court where the divorce occurred.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Back button in the standard toolbar to view previous windows.
	Select the Close box in the upper right hand corner of the window to close the VS web site and return to N-FOCUS.
