Units and Rates
Key Points:
- Units are set for an entire
Service Authorization date range. The date range may be the original Authorization
period, or one of the renewal periods.
- Units may be increased in keeping with Program
Policy limits or exceptions
- Units may be decreased; however, the reduction
may not result in less than one unit or less than the number already billed
whichever is greater.
- The rate increase may be made for the original
Authorization date range, or for one of the renewal periods.
- The effective begin date of the increase may is
furnished by the user and may be a past, current or future date, but it
must be within the begin and end date of the selected row.
- The effective begin date of the decrease is furnished
by the user and must be on or
after the current date.
