Add a New Rate

1. To add another rate to the existing ones, select the Units and Rates button off of the Service Authorization Detail window.
2. Highlight the appropriate Service Authorization Date row from the S. Auth. List box, but do not select a Rate Row.
3. Open the drop down list under frequency and select the appropriate frequency. If the drop down list is blank, then all allowable frequencies have already been saved. The drop down list will only show frequencies that have not been saved.
4. After selecting the frequency, the regular rate for that frequency (if provider has one) will be displayed.
5. The begin and end dates will be displayed using the S. Auth. Dates of the selected row.
6. After confirming or entering the rate for the selected frequency, enter the units. Select the Add U/R button to move the information to the Rates List box.
7. Select the Save and Close icon to save the change and return to the Service Authorization Detail window.
