Reopen Provider Detail

1. Navigate to the Detail Provider window.
2. From the Actions drop down menu, select Update/Reopen/View History
3. On the History of Provider window, highlight the closed row and select the Reopen button
4. Enter the date the Provider Detail is to be reopened and the OK button

5. The provider rates window will open where rates can be added for the reopened period, as appropriate.
