Correct Provider Rate Errors

Check your data prior to saving the information

Prior to saving, your errors can be corrected as follows.

If a new rate row was entered:

1. Highlight the row that needs to be removed

2. Select the Remove Rates push button to delete the rate row

or

1. Close the window using the yellow file folder icon on the upper right of the window.
2. Say ‘no’ to the message about saving changes,
3. Open the window again and re-enter the correct information

When the data is correct, select the Save or Save/Close icon.
