Print A Final Case Plan
- Navigate to the Detail Case Plan window.
- Select Actions drop down menu.

Select Print & Save Final option.
Note: Print & Save Final does not enable until the Supervisor Approval box has been checked by the Supervisor.
Result: The Print and Save Final case Plan dialogue box displays.

Answer the question; “Is this a change of an existing case plan?”
Yes: Only if the Court has ordered you to modify the case plan.
No: If this is the first Case Plan created for this adjudication.
OR
You have modified the Case Plan in preparation to present a new case plan for a review hearing.
- Unless already populated, search for an Agency Staff Person using
the black arrow
. -
Select OK
Result: Confirm Final Case Plan dialogue box displays.
Note: To print a Case Plan after it has been finalized, go to Correspondence.
- Select OK. The Print dialog box displays.
- Select Print to print in local office. The Update Person Characteristics window displays.

Select OK.
Result: The Detail Case Plan window displays. This a copy of the finalized plan just printed.

Select the Close icon.
Result: The Detail Program Case window displays.
