Print A Final Case Plan

  1. Navigate to the Detail Case Plan window.
  2. Select Actions drop down menu.
  3. Select Print & Save Final option.

    Note:  Print & Save Final does not enable until the Supervisor Approval box has been checked by the Supervisor.

    Result:  The Print and Save Final case Plan dialogue box displays.

  4. Answer the question; “Is this a change of an existing case plan?”

    Yes:  Only if the Court has ordered you to modify the case plan.

    No:  If this is the first Case Plan created for this adjudication.

     OR

    You have modified the Case Plan in preparation to present a new case plan for a review hearing.

  5. Unless already populated, search for an Agency Staff Person using the black arrow .
  6. Select OK

    Result:  Confirm Final Case Plan dialogue box displays.

    Note: To print a Case Plan after it has been finalized, go to Correspondence.

  7. Select OK. The Print dialog box displays.
  8. Select Print to print in local office. The Update Person Characteristics window displays.
  9. Select OK.

    Result:  The Detail Case Plan window displays.  This a copy of the finalized plan just printed.

  10. Select the Close icon.

    Result:  The Detail Program Case window displays.
