Close Case Plan Goals

1. Navigate to SDM Household Summary/Detail  window.
   Note: If there is more than one SDM Household, select the household by highlighting the row.
2.  Click the Case Plan button.  

3. Select the Child Plan or the Caregiver Plan  button.

   Result:  If more than one goal exists the List SDM Case Plan Narrative Window displays.  If only one exists the Detail SDM Case Plan Narrative window displays.

4. The goal text box must be completed prior to saving the goal.  Every goal must have strategies, services and progress narrative entered before it can be closed.
5. Select the Save or Save & Close icon to exit the window.
