Case Plan Status - Explanation

Draft:  This case plan is a copy of the last case plan to be saved.  This case plan may be modified.

Original:  This is the final version of the first case plan that was created for this case.  This Case Plan cannot be changed.

Modified Original:  This case plan is a copy of the Original case plan with court  ordered modifications.

Review:  This case plan has changes made to the previous case plan.  The changes made were initiated by the Case Worker for presentation at a review hearing.

Modified Review:  This case plan is a copy of the review case plan with court ordered modifications.

Once the status has been changed to Review, the only status options that will appear will be either Review or Modified Review.
