Detail Organization icons

Select the Save icon to save any information added for the organization and remain on this window.

Select the Save and Close icon to save any information added for the organization and return to the previous window.

The Return arrow is enabled when the Detail Organization window has been opened as the result of a search. The Return arrow moves the organization information back to the originating search window.

Select the Sort icon to sort related persons by Type, Family Role, Last Name, First Name, Sex, Birth Date or End Date.

Select the Filter icon to filter related persons by Last Name, First Name, Type, Family Role, Sex, Birth Date or End Date.

Select the Unfilter icon to unfilter the releated persons list.

Select the Contract Budget Tracker to select or change the type of Service Approval for the Organization. (Contract, Service Contract or Subaward)

Select the Payments icon to view the payments for the Owner Organization.

Select the Payee Payment Method icon to open the Detail Payee Payment Method window.

Select the Service Approval icon to open the Search Service Approval window. This is used to view the service approvals associated with the organization.

Select the Correspondence icon to open the Search Correspondence window. This is used to view any correspondence associated with the organization.

Select the Intake icon to open the List Intake window. This is used to view any intakes associated with the organization.

Select the Alerts icon to open the Search Organization Alerts window. This is used to view any alerts associated with the organization.

Select the Narrative icon to open the Search Narrative window. This is used to view any narrative associated with the organization.

Select the Question icon to open the Search Question window. This is used to view the questions associated with the organization.

Select the Policy icon to open on-line policy manuals.

Select the Exit icon to close the window without saving any new information and return to the previous window.

Select the Main Menu icon to close the window without saving any new information and return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
