Detail Complaint

WINDOW OVERVIEW

The Detail Complaint window displays the Organization name and ID number.  It is to enter complaints made regarding providers and the resolution of the complaint.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Name:  This field displays the name of the Organization.

ID:  This field displays the unique system-assigned number of the Organization.

Mode:  The current status mode of the case is displayed under the exit icon.

Complaint Group Box:

Received Date:  This field defaults to the current date.  It may be changed to a prior date, if needed.

Received By:   This field displays the user ID of the person who logged on.  It can be changed by using the swish out arrow  to select another person.

Status:  This displays the status of this complaint; open or closed.

Office:   This field displays the office of the user who is recorded as receiving the complaint.  If the Received By user is changed, the office information will also change.

Closed Date:  This field displays the date the complaint is closed.

Type:   The user will select the type of complaint from the drop down arrow.  

Closed:   The user will select the closure reason from the drop down arrow.

Function:   This filed displays the primary function of the Organization.  The function is selected from the drop down listing.

Incident Date:  This field displays the date of the incident.

Complaint Description Group Box:

Complaint Description:  This box  is for narrative entry of the complaint description.  The box can be maximized by clicking the Max button .

Complaint Resolution Group Box:

Complaint Resolution:   This box is for narrative entry of the complaint resolution. The box can be maximized by clicking the Max button .  

Complaints Group Box:

First Name:  The first name of the person making the complaint.

Last Name:    The last name of the person making the complaint.

Anon:  Anonymous:  If anonymous was checked when the complaint name was selected, a Y will display.  If anonymous was not checked, a N will display.

Complaint:  This field will display the date the complaint was made.

Source Code:   This field will display the complaint source.

Assignment Group Box:

Name:  This field will display the name of the worker.

Role:  This field will display Primary if the worker is the primary worker for the complaint resolution.  It will display Additional, if the worker is an additional worker.

Position ID:   This field displays the N-FOCUS ID of the worker.

Intake Group Box:

Intake Required:  This box will be automatically checked if Safety was selected for the type of complaint.  It is checked if an Intake is required.

Intake ID:   This field will display the Intake number after it is tied to the complaint.
