Service Authorization Warning

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Service Authorization Warning pop-up window opens when the Service Auth Warning option is selected from the Actions drop down menu on the Detail Service Approval window.  It is used to notify agency staff that the contract with the provider may close and if that happens the Service Authorization will also close.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Do you want to send a warning to appropriate staff that provider agreement may close thus affecting Service Authorization?

	Select the Yes button to attach the message to the Service Approval and close the window.
	Select the No button to close the warning window and return to the Detail Service Approval window.
	Select the Cancel button to close the warning window and return to the Detail Service Approval window.
