Service Approval Delete Confirmation

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Service Approval Delete Confirmation pop-up window opens when the Delete Service Approval option is selected from the Actions drop down menu on the Detail Service Approval window.  The option is enabled when a Service Approval does not have any associated Provider Detail or Service Approval Alerts.  It is used to clean up data that is no longer needed.  All Service Approval Assignments and/or Renewal Dates will be deleted with the Service Approval.  They cannot be retrieved.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

This specific Service Approval for this Organization will be deleted.  Do you want to delete the Service Approval?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to delete the Service Approval.
	Select the No button to cancel the delete action and keep the Service Approval.
