Service Approval Assignments List Display

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Service Approval Assignments List Display window opens when the Service Approval Assignments radio button is selected on the Search Position Assignments window.  The window is used to select the way the Service Approval Assignment list will be formatted.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

View By Group Box:

Assignment Begin Date:  Select this radio button to arrange the list by the begin date of the assignment.

Contract Number:  Select this radio button to arrange the list numerically by contract number.

Contract Type:  Select this radio button to and select a type from the drop down list to display the list by the type of contract.

Organization Name:  Select this radio button and enter an Organization name to display a list of the assignments listed for the selected organization.

Service Approval Begin Date:   Select this radio button and enter the begin date to sort by that date.

Service Approval End Date:   Select this radio button and enter the end date to view by that date.

Program Service Type Name and Program: Select this radio button to arrange the list by the Program Service Type.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to complete the search and display the List Position Assignments - Service Approval window with the selected search criteria.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Search Position Assignments window.
