Close Service Approval Assignment Confirmation

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Close Service Approval Confirmation window displays to confirm that the service approval assignment is selected to close.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Last: This column displays the last name of the person whose assignment is closing.

First: This column displays the first name of the person whose assignment is closing.

MI: This column displays the middle initial of the person whose assignment is closing.

Office: This column displays the office where the person is located.

Begin Date: This column displays the begin date of the person's assignment.

Position: This is the position number of the person whose assignment is being closed.

Class: This is the classification for the person whose assignment is being closed.

Logon: This column displays the logon ID Number of the person whose assignment is closing.

Supervised by: This column displays the supervisor's name of the Logon person .

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the yes button to continue to close the person's assignment.
	Select the No button to not close the person's assignment.
