Client Preferences
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Client Preferences window provides information regarding how the client prefers to receive information. This window is opened from the Person Detail window, Client Preferences
push button. Options include Email Notification Only or USPS Mail and Text Notification. This window is also used to send and Email or Text message and view Email and Text History.
Note: The client's Email and Cell Phone Number must be entered from the Person Detail window Address and Telephone push buttons.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Name: The name of the person from the Person Detail window.
Person Number: A system generated number for the Person.
Preferences List Box:
This list box indicated the clients contact preferences.
This
E-Mail: This field is automatically populated with the clients E-Mall address that was entered from the Detail Address window.
Note: This window is accessed from the Person Detail window, Address push button. The Detail Address window displays. Select the E-Mail Address push button. The E-Mail Address History pop up window will display. Click the Create/Update E-Mail Address as appropriate.
Cellular: This field is automatically populated with the clients Cellular from the Telephone pop up window Cellular field.
Note: This window is accessed from the Person Detail window, Telephone push button.
ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the Preference from the Preferences List Box to be ended then click the End Preference push button. |
Change Preferences Group Box:
This group box indicates the Change Preferences options. Select the Radio Button to make the change. Changes can be made to E-Mail Notification Only or USPS Mail and Text Notification.

Select this button to send the client a text message from the Add Text Message Campaign wndow. Note: If no text messages were found a pop up will display. The question "Would you like to add one?" is asked. Select Yes to add a new text message. Select No to close the pop up. |

Select this window to open the List Correspondence Notification Preferences History window. Note: This window shows the Notification Preference, staff person ID of who entered the information with the Begin Date/Time and End Date. |

Select this window to open the E-Mail Address History window. |

Select this window to open the Cell Phone Number History window. |

Select this button to Save and Submit the information entered on the Client Preferences window. |
|
Select this button to return to the Person Detail window without saving any changes made to the Client Preferences window. |

Select the Help button to display window level help. |
