List Organization Alert icons

Select the New icon to add a an alert for the organization. A blank Detail Organization Alert window will open.

The open icon is enabled when a organization alert line is highlighted. Select the icon to open the Detail Organization Alert window for the highlighted

Select the Sort A to Z icon to open the Sort Organization Alert List by window. The selected criteria will be used to sort the list in ascending order.

Select the Sort Z to A icon to open the Sort Organization Alert List by window. The selected criteria will be used to sort the list in descending order.

Select the Filter icon to open the Filter Organization Alert List by window. The selected criteria will be used to narrow the list of alerts displayed.

Select the Policy icon to open the on-line policy manuals.

Select the Exit icon to close the window and return to the previous window.

Select the Main Menu icon to close the window and return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
