List Office Position
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The List Office window displays all office positions known to N-FOCUS in a particular office. When a position is highlighted from the list the Staff Person, Assignments, and Alerts icons are enabled.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Search By Group Box:
Office:This column displays the name of the office.
Function: This column displays the number of the position.
Service Delivery Group: This field displays the types of cases assigned to the worker.
Expertise: This field displays the area of expertise for a worker.

This button opens to the Function Count window. This window is inquiry only. |
FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Class: This column displays the classification of the office position.
Last: This column displays the last name of the person in the office position. If there is no staff person assignment to the position, this column will displays the word “Vacant”.
First: This column displays the person's first name.
Function: This column displays the function assigned to the worker.
Service Delivery Group: This column displays the type of specialization assigned to the worker. When a Position has more than one Service Delivery Group or Expertise the list window will display the word Multiple.
Expertise: This column displays additional areas of expertise of the worker. When a Position has more than one Service Delivery Group or Expertise the list window will display the word Multiple.
Status: This column displays whether the position is Active (AC) or Inactive (IN).
Office: This column displays the name of the office.
Position Number: This column displays the randomly assigned number for the position.
