QRF Tracking

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The QRF Tracking window is opened from the Actions drop down of a Medical program case. It will display the QRF Tracking information created by N-FOCUS, but can be updated manually if needed.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Program Case ID: This field displays the unique identification number the system assigned to the Program Case.

Name: This field displays the name of the person in whose name the Program Case is registered.

Master Case ID: This field displays the unique, system-assigned number used to identify each Master Case.

Current TMA Period Group Box:

TMA Begin Date: This column displays the month and year TMA begins.

QRF Period: This column displays the three month period the QRF covers.

QRF Due: This column displays the date the QRF is due.

QRF Rec'd: This column displays the date the QRF is received.

Created Date: This column displays the date the QRF was created.

Created By: This column displays the User ID of the person who created the QRF, or the system generated ID if it was created by N-FOCUS.

Updated By: This column displays the User ID of the person who updated the QRF date.

Updated Date: This column displays the date the information was updated.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Add/Update QRF Received Date button to enter the date the QRF was received.
	Select the Delete QRF Received Date button to remove or delete the QRF Received Date.
