WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The
State Employer WageSEW Quarter Summary window displays the four quarters of earnings reported for the case person.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Report year: This displays the year in which the wages were earned.

Quarterly Earnings Group Box:

These boxes display the earnings for the year listed by quarter, for the case person. The total earnings for the quarter are displayed in the left column. The name of the employer(s), total quarterly earnings by employer and the date the earnings were reported are displayed in the box to the right.

Total Earnings: This field displays the total earnings for the Report Year.

ACTION BUTTON:

Select the OK button to return to the previous window.
