The SDX List window opens when the SDX icon is selected on the Interface Main Menu. It displays a list of the records received from the Social Security Administration for persons who have applied for or are receiving SSI benefits.

Identifying information:
SSN: This box displays the N-FOCUS Social Security Number for the person.
Birth Date: This box displays the person's N-FOCUS date of birth.
Name: This box displays the person's N-FOCUS name.
Gender: This box displays the person's N-FOCUS gender code.
Payment List:
This list displays all the records available for inquiry for the person. Under the list the is a note identifying the number of records found, the number of record displayed, and the number of pages in the record.
Select: This column displays radio buttons. Select the radio button and double click to view the detail information for that date.
Date Received: This column displays the date the record was received by N-FOCUS.
Date Effective: This column displays the effective date of the benefit information. This is SSI's “benefit month”.
Record Source: This column displays the specific type of file received. An Update file shows the status as of the effective date. There may be several update files in a month. The Treasury record shows the amount that will be sent to the client for the effective date shown and is the final record displayed for that month.
Payment Status: This column displays the status of the client's SSI case for the effective selected date.
