The SDX Demographic window opens when the SDX Demographic tab is selected on the SDX web page. It displays information about the person's mailing and residence address as of the selected record date.

Identifying information:
SSN: This box displays the N-FOCUS Social Security Number for the person.
Birth Date: This box displays the person's N-FOCUS date of birth.
Name: This box displays the person's N-FOCUS name.
Gender: This box displays the person's N-FOCUS gender code.
Category: This box displays the person's SSI benefit category.
Mailing Address:
This box displays the address where the person receives their mail.
Residence Address:
This box displays the address where the person is actually living.
Payee Name and Address:
This box displays the name of the representative payee and the payee's address where the SSI check is being mailed.
SSN:
Eligible Spouse: This box displays the Social Security number for the eligible spouse.
SSI Essential Person: This box displays the Social Security number for the person that SSA has determined as an Essential Person for the SSI case.
Alien Indicator: This box displays the person's alien status.
Alien Country: This box displays the name of the country from which the person immigrated.
Alien Date: This box displays the date the person immigrated.
