Request List
WINDOW OVERVIEW:
The Request List window is used to display certificates or requests for certificates on the system for an Agency Related Person.
It is opened when the Interface icon is selected on the
Person Detail window and the Vital Statistics icon
is selected on the Interface
Menu.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:
Selected Person Box:
This box displays the name of the person selected on the Person Detail window.
Results List Box:
When there are no requests that meet the criteria
the message reads:
No Results Found
When there is a match the List Box displays:
Name: This column displays the first and last name of the person. Double click on the person name to view the Request Details tab.
Request Type: This column displays the type of verification requested or found.
Cert Type: This column displays the type of certificate request or found
Request Date: This column displays the date the verification or certificate was requested.
Status: This column displays the status of the request.
Requester: This column displays the Staff Person logon ID.
