WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The CMS List window displays a list of monthly Medicare interfaces for persons receiving Medicare Part A and/or Part B.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Case Person Group Box:

The information displayed in this group box is from information entered on the N-FOCUS system.

Name: This field displays the name of the person.

SSN: This field displays the person's Social Security Claim Number.

Sex: This field displays the person's gender code.

Date of Birth: This field displays the person's date of birth.

Record List Box:

This box lists the dates information is received.

Date Record Received: This column displays the Month/Day/Year that this record was received from CMS.

Record Month/Year: This column displays the eligibility Month and Year for the month(s) where the client was found to be a dual eligible
Eligible for Medicaid and enrolled in Medicare..

CMS File Group Box:

When a record line is highlighted, this box displays the information from CMS.

Name: This field displays the name of the person used by CMS.

SSN: This field displays the person's Social Security Number used by CMS.

Sex: This field displays the person's gender code used by CMS.

Date of Birth: This field displays the person's date of birth used by CMS.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Demographics button to open the CMS Demographic Detail window for the record selected.
	Select the Part D Enrollment button to open the CMS Part D Enrollment Detail window for the record selected.
	Select the Part A/B Enrollment button to open the CMS Part A/B Enrollment Detail window for the record selected.
