Print Bar Code

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window will be used when it is necessary to print a Bar Code Sheet for scanning purposes. The bar code sheet contains the bar code and the indexing information based on the selections made by the user.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Name:  This displays the name of the selected person/organization.

Number:  This displays the unique person/organization number for the selected name.

Category:  The listing of categories is contained in the window.  Selection of a single category, or multi-selection of categories is required. The category listed is based on the users security.

Generate Alert:  Select this box if you want an alert sent to notify the worker of scanned images.

Printer Options Group Box:

Use Default Printer:  This radio button is automatically selected.

Select Printer:  Select this radio button to use another printer.

Number of copies: This defaults to 1, but may be changed if needed.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select this button to print  the bar code sheet(s).
	Select the Cancel button to exit the window.
	Select the Help button to view window specific Help information.
