Tips for Case Activity Subject and Narrative Entry

The Case Activity subject is the only subject where subheadings can be multi-selected and one narrative entry is created.  

1. Select the New radio button on the Search Narrative window.
2. Highlight Case Activity in the Subjects group box.
3. Select one or more programs to attach to the narrative.
4. Select OK.
5. The Detail Narrative window opens.  In the Subheading box, mutil-select the needed subheadings.  No “useful tip” will display when more than one subheading is selected.
6. Enter the narrative.  Select OK.
7. Select Save and Nextto create another narrative tied to other subheadings.
8. Select  Save to save the narrative entry, or Save & Close to save the narrative and exit the window.
