Print Correspondence
- Select the Correspondence
icon from any window that displays this icon.
- Select the Search button
(see
Search for Correspondence)
- If there are multiple
pieces of correspondence, the List Correspondence window will appear.
If there is only one correspondence, the Detail correspondence window
will appear.
- From the Actions menu,
select one of the following:
- Print
Now: Select this function to print the correspondence. If you select
the Print Now function, the correspondence will not be mailed through
the batch process.
- Print
Later: Select this function to have the correspondence printed
in Batch. Central Office will mail the correspondence.
- Print
Preview: Select this function to view the correspondence before
you print it. After selecting the Print Preview, wait a few minutes, then
access it again to view the selected correspondence
- Delete:
Correspondence must be in Create or Create Pending status. When delete
is selected, the history is removed immediately.
- Destroy:
Correspondence must be in Print Local or Reprint Local status. The correspondence
will remain in Destroy status for 90 days, then deleted.
- Cancel
Batch Reprint: Correspondence must be in Reprint Batch Status.
- Update
Comment: This is only enabled on the Notice Template before it
is printed.
- Update
Speednote: Only allowed if the speednote was Saved – Pending (which
is an option on the File drop down menu on the Create Speednote window).
This will allow you to update the speednote as needed.
- Update
Generic Notice: This is only enabled before the notice is printed.
Note:
A history of the correspondence print is recorded on the Detail Correspondence
window. This information will display all statuses and dates for the correspondence.
