Search for a TPL Carrier Code

You can search for Carrier Codes by the following:

• Name

  Do not enter the full name

       Example:

        For Blue Cross Blue Shield, just enter Blue

• Telephone Number
• City
• State

NOTE: Never select a carrier code that begins with an alpha character.
